We offer a range of wheelchairs including:

  • Manual wheelchairs – lightweight and easy to use
  • Foldable wheelchairs – convenient for travel and storage
  • Electric wheelchairs – powered mobility for greater independence

2. Do I need a prescription to buy a wheelchair?

No. Most wheelchairs can be purchased directly from our store without a prescription.


3. Do you ship outside the UK?

Currently, we only ship within the United Kingdom.


4. Is shipping free?

Yes. We offer free shipping on all orders within the UK.


5. How long does delivery take?

  • Handling time: 1–3 business days
  • Transit time: 2–4 business days

Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days.


6. Can I return a wheelchair if I’m not satisfied?

Yes. You may request a return within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.

7. What if my wheelchair arrives damaged or defective?

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.


8. Do your wheelchairs come with a warranty?

Yes. All wheelchairs include a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use.


9. Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order is shipped, you may receive a tracking number via email (if available).
